1. Acceptance of terms
By using Fantex to upload or download files, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Service limits
The maximum file size is 7GB per file. Files are automatically deleted after a set expiration period (default 7 days). We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to upload or share illegal content, content that infringes intellectual property rights, malware, or material that exploits minors. We reserve the right to remove any file that violates these terms without prior notice.
4. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for sharing download links and codes securely. We are not liable for any damage resulting from use or misuse of the service.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any update means you accept the revised terms.
